Crocker Communications Voicemail Instructions

Accessing your Voicemail for the First Time:

1. Dial 2000 or *98 to access the voicemail system
2. Enter your temporary password of 7849 followed by #
3. Record your name followed by #
4. Record your greeting followed by #

Resetting your voicemail PIN:

1. Dial 2000 or *98 to access the voicemail system
2. Enter your voicemail password followed by #
3. Press 5 to go to the options menu
4. Press 1 to change your password
5. Enter your new voicemail PIN followed by #
6. Enter your new voicemail PIN again for confirmation

Recording New or Revised Personal Voicemail Greetings:

1. Dial 2000 or *98
2. Enter your password followed by #
3. Press 6 to enter the Greetings Menu
4. Press 1 to record a new greeting
5. The system will prompt you to enter the number of the greeting you would like to record. If this is the first greeting you are recording press 1, the second press 2 etc.
6. Record your greeting and press # when finished.
7. Press 1 to select your newly recorded greeting

How to Remotely Dial into your Voicemail

1. Dial your home phone number
2. When your voicemail recording picks up press *
3. When prompted by the system, enter your voicemail password followed by #

If you forget your voicemail password or otherwise can’t login:
If you need to change your voicemail password, please contact Crocker technical support via email at support@crocker.com or call 833-952-5625.

How to control spam and robocalls
Crocker Communications is committed to using the latest technology to prevent spam calls. This includes the latest authentication technology that has been mandated by the FCC to try and verify that the call coming in is from a legitimate source (see https://www.fcc.gov/call-authentication). Unfortunately, no system is 100% reliable since spam callers are always thinking of new ways to get around technology, and regulatory rules and the big carriers are very slow to adopt the latest technology to prevent spam calling. If a specific number continues to bother you, you can call Crocker Support and get that number blocked.
